Presentation
Format: 16:9
1st step: Download the template on the button below, where you could start working on your presentation. Once you click to download the template you will find this on your slides edition software.
2nd step: Once you finished your presentation, you should look into the EAM2025 platform for the abstract you are working on clicking on “My contributions”.
3rd step: Look for the “pencil button” next to “Presentation materials” and click on it. An additional window will be open to upload your presentation.
The window called “manage material” will be open, where you could upload your presentation clicking on “Upload files”.
You should press the “protected” button, you will be the sole individual able to access the presentation. You could include additional people (like co-authors for instance) in the box labeled “access control list”.
4th step: Once you drag your file to this window, you could click on “Upload”, and your presentation will be updated.
Additional note: The platform allow us to upload the presentation by a link using this button.

Following the same steps from before, you could also use this option. The link should be copied where the URL box is located.
Once the congress is finished, all presentations will be removed of the platform for your safety.

Poster
Format: 75 cm wide x 100 cm high [ portrait (vertical) ]
Below you can find the different formats with which you can create your poster using the measurements described (75×100). Download the template to start working on your poster, it will have to be printed and hung on the day and time assigned in the schedule.
It is the responsibility of the poster authors to bring their posters printed to the conference.
