Congress fees

Early bird rate (before Monday 31st, March 2025):

  • EAM members: 230 Euros
  • EAM non-members: 330 Euros
  • Students and Low Income countries: 120 Euros

Regular rate (after Tuesday 1st, April 2025):

  • EAM members: 280 Euros
  • EAM non members: 380 Euros
  • Students and Low Income countries: 145 Euros

Note: Students must provide an official document like a photo of their student card, a letter from your faculty or any other that could prove they are enrolled. Once you finish your registration, you can send this document to: info@eam2025.eu

Workshop fees

  • Full-day workshop: 80 Euros
  • Half-day workshop: 50 Euros

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place in the DINNER PLACE on Wednesday 23rd, July (21h00–23h59). To maximize interaction between participants, we  have opted for a walking dinner in an informal atmosphere.

The conference dinner fee is 85 euros per person.

Cancellation, liability and insurance

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat info@eam2025.eu

The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • before Wednesday 11th, June 2025: Full refund, excluding a 50 Euros administration fee;
  • from Wednesday 11th, June to Monday 30 June 2025: 50% refund;
  • from Tuesday 1st, July 2025 or if the participant does not attend: no refund.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days of the Conference.

In the event of Government intervention or regulation, military action, strikes or any other circumstances which make it impossible or inadvisable to hold the conference at the scheduled time and place, the delegate waives any claim for damages or compensation other than the amount paid for the registration, less actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party.

The registration fees does not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that you take out insurance of your choice at the time you register for the Conference and make your travel arrangements. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit due to cancellation of the conference or your participation, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through it, including airline or related services strikes within Spain, failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organizers cannot accept any responsibility for delegates who fail to take out their own insurance. This insurance must be purchased in your country of origin.
